RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shapora, we prioritize hygiene and product quality. Due to the nature of shapewear products, we do NOT accept returns.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer exchange within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange:
⢠Item must be unused and in original condition
⢠All original tags and packaging must be intact
⢠No signs of wear, damage, or washing
WHY NO RETURNS?
Shapewear is a hygiene-sensitive product. We do not allow returns to ensure:
⢠Proper hygiene standards for all customers
⢠Avoid misuse (ordering multiple sizes and returning)
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
⢠Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
⢠Share it with our official WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
⢠Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
⢠Our team will guide you through the exchange process
REFUND PROCESS (FOR APPROVED CASES ONLY):
Once the returned product is picked up and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable).
NOTE:
Shapora reserves the right to deny exchange if product does not meet the above conditions.
